Makerbot Replicator 2X - Does not know I have 2 extruders
Most commonly when you upgrade Firmware often the Replicator 2X defaults back to a REplicator 2 (with one extruder)
Simple to fix.
On the LCD menu go to :
- >Info and Settings
->General Settings
->Tool count
Change this from Single to Dual
Also check the next item down "Heated Plate" should be YES
